Things to know

If there is no apartment available for your requested period, please feel free and send us an e-mail.

We will offer you an alternativ accommodation for your desired date.

 

Bookings:

Please feel free and book directly over the website or via e-mail. In our offers the tax and all overhead costs are include, only a cleaning fee could be charged, it depends on the apartment. For each apartment you find this information in course of your booking, but before you finished your reservation.

 

Cancellation:

Something can happen, so if you want to change or cancel your reservation, no problem, but please consider to our cancellation conditions:

 

till more than 14 days before your booked arrival day, there is no cancellation fee,

14 days or less till your booked arrival day, or if there is no arrival (No show), we charge 100% from the complete amount of your reservation.

 

Prepayment: 

Sometimes and for some accommodations it is necessary to make a downpayment to fix your reservation, or complete the payment 14 days before the day of arrival. Further information you find on the webpage of your interested accommondation or on request directly from the host.

 

Requests and wishes: 

For further questions and special wishes for your stay, please feel free and send us an e-mail to info@flatprovider.at. Your request will be adapted as soon as possible.

 

Arrival:

It is really important, that you inform us about your expected arrival time via e-mail or short before your arrival via text message to +43 676 913 50 13, especially if there is a delay. All our accommondations are without front desk, so we meet us in front of the apartment, make the delivery, the administration, also you get further information. Alternative some apartments offers a contactless self check-in.

Check-in from 15:00 bis 23:00 o`clock, or after a spezial arrangement. The payment is normally in cash at the beginning of your stay, also we need a photo identification. Please prepare both for the delivery. For some apartments the payment is 14 days before the day of arrival by debitation of a credit card.

 

Your stay:

All our apartments are NON SMOKING accommodations, pats are not allowed, also it is not allowed to store a bike in the apartment. In each apartment you will find an information about the internet, television and the sourroundings on the table.

For further questions feel free and call us daily between 07:00 and 21:00 o`clock.

 

In case of emergancy (for example fire, accident, health problems...) call first EUROPEAN EMERGENCY CALL 112 and after that the apartment support.

 

Please regard to the public parking rules in Vienna. One hour costs from Monday till Friday (in the 15th district also on the weekend) from 9am till 10pm  2,20 Euro and you have to put a special ticket behind the windscreen. The tickets you can buy at the metro stations and in the tabbacco shops. 

 

Departure: 

Checkout till 10:00 o`clock, please let the key on the table of the dining area and close the door after leaving the apartment.

If more happened than only a broken drinking glass. Basically, if something happened during your stay, for example something is broken or don`t works in the apartment, please inform us via text message or e-mail. It`s easier to regulate the problem if we get the information from you.
